Nicholas Brawer

A superb set of 10 cm observation binoculars with 20 power lenses made by the First Tokyo Arsenal in December, 1941. Acquired in 1946 by the chief officer of the American military government for the Ninth Corps in Sendai, Japan. Complete with original transport case. L: 23 in.
